The Opportunity at a Glance

Join a growing business in the construction and specialized installation industry, delivering lift and elevator solutions across residential and commercial projects. This role is central to the business—focused on taking full ownership of the quoting and estimation function, ensuring every project is priced accurately, competitively, and efficiently.

Working directly with the Director, you'll play a key role in supporting growth by not only preparing quotes, but also improving processes and building a more structured, scalable estimation system. This is ideal for someone who is detail-driven, commercially aware, and confident working independently in a project-based environment.

 

How You'll Make an Impact

• Prepare detailed and accurate quotes for residential and commercial projects


• Interpret drawings, specifications, and project scopes to determine pricing requirements


• Ensure all quotes are commercially viable and aligned with business margins


• Take full ownership of the quoting pipeline and turnaround times


• Develop and improve quoting templates, processes, and workflows


• Build systems that support scalable and repeatable estimation processes


• Work closely with the Director to support pricing strategy and business growth


• Liaise with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain accurate costings


• Maintain and update cost databases for materials and labour


• Compare supplier quotes to ensure best value and cost efficiency


• Maintain accurate records of quotes, pricing, and project data


• Support conversion of quotes into secured projects

 

What We're Looking For - You're the Perfect Fit if You:

(Non-negotiable requirements)

• Are based in the Philippines


• Have proven experience as an Estimator in construction, trades, or installation-based industries


• Can confidently interpret drawings, specifications, and project scopes


• Have strong attention to detail and pricing accuracy


• Have a strong understanding of costing, margins, and commercial decision-making


• Are able to work independently and take full ownership of the quoting function


• Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple quotes simultaneously

 

What Sets You Apart - You'll Shine Even Brighter With:

• Experience in lift, mechanical, or specialized installation projects


• Experience building or improving estimation processes and systems


• Strong skills in Excel or estimating software


• Experience working closely with business owners or directors


• Experience using Aroflo or similar job management systems

 
Work Schedule & Employment Terms

• Full-Time | Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM PHT


• Remote work setup


• Open to PH-based applicants only


• Philippine-based employment only
