Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate quantity takeoffs and full bills of quantities (BOQ) for concrete, reinforcement, and formwork.
• Provide detailed cost estimates and quotes across residential, commercial, and civil projects.
• Write clear and precise scopes of work.
• Assess and quote not only from plans but also from site pictures and provided project scopes.
• Ensure all estimates are aligned with Australian industry standards and rates.
• Work closely with management to ensure estimates meet project requirements and deadlines.
