Job Description

Roles And Responsibilities

Provide trade measures and rated BOQs using CostX software.
Liaise with subcontractors and suppliers to assess and compare trade quotes.
Administer tenders and maintain project benchmarking using live project data.
Update rate libraries and preliminary rates continuously.
Collaborate with project managers, construction teams, and clients to ensure accurate and competitive cost estimates.
Promote teamwork, open communication, and a positive work culture across all levels.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) standards and participate in monthly WHS audits.
Uphold the companys Code of Conduct and ethical standards at all times.

Required Experience

Minimum of 5+ years of experience in commercial estimating within the Australian market.
Proven background in multi-residential construction projects.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Construction Management, Construction Technology, Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related field.
Strong understanding of pre-contract estimating and project cost control.

Proficient With

Experience Advantage

Experience working with Queensland-based builder/developer projects in Brisbane or the Gold Coast.
Familiarity with subcontractor market pricing and benchmarking systems.
