The Centralized Estimator ensures streamlined and effective data management in the Contractual Maintenance proposal process. By owning tasks like opportunity creation, take-off validation, and estimate formulation within Aspire, this role empowers GMs to make informed pricing decisions efficiently.

Daily tasks include creating new opportunities based on inputs from the Business Development team and ensuring data accuracy. Collaboration with team members is seamless as you review and edit take-off outputs for precision, harmonizing them with the scope of work and other details.

Your work is critical in delivering accurate estimates that align with business objectives.

Effectively balancing autonomy with collaboration, you maintain clear communication lines with GMs, specifically when estimates are finalized and ready for review within a target time frame. Your insights into process improvement are vital for enhancing data quality and standardizing estimation practices.

You're Likely a Strong Fit If You Have

• Experience in meticulous data entry with high attention to detail
• Familiarity with new technologies, particularly Aspire and Attentive.ai
• Analytical skills to reconcile various data inputs and maintain consistency
• Proficiency in written communication tailored to technical audiences
