Job Requirements
Candidates must possess a Bachelors Degree related to costing, estimation, construction, or project management, such as but not limited to:
- Quantity Surveying
- Construction Management
- Industrial Engineering
- Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering
- Business/Management courses with strong costing or project exposure
- (Engineering license is NOT required but relevant experience is a plus)
- Experience in estimation or QS work is an advantage
- Fresh graduates with strong interest in costing are encouraged to apply
Responsibilities
- Prepare cost estimates and project proposals
- Review drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Coordinate with suppliers and technical teams for pricing
- Ensure timely submission of quotations and proposals
- Work closely with sales and operations teams on costing data
- Encode and maintain costing and proposal data in the ERP system
