Estimating Manager

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Estimating Manager located in Muntinlupa City. The Estimating Manager will be responsible for preparing and evaluating project cost estimates, analyzing construction documents, coordinating with clients, architects, and subcontractors, and managing bid submissions. The role also includes collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate cost assessments and adherence to budgets, as well as maintaining a database of project costs to inform future estimates.

• Proficiency in cost estimation, budget preparation, and analyzing construction documents
• Strong skills in data analysis, project planning, and timeline development
• Experience in managing client relationships and coordinating with architects and subcontractors
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to ensure project accuracy and team alignment
• Proficiency in using construction estimation software and tools
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field
• Professional experience in construction cost estimation and management
• Knowledge of construction industry standards, codes, and regulations
