Role Description
The Estimating Manager will oversee and manage the full lifecycle of cost estimation processes for projects. Responsibilities include analyzing project specifications and providing accurate cost estimates, managing estimation teams, liaising with clients, vendors, and stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with defined budgets. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Manila, and will require collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality and competitive proposals.
Qualifications
- Strong background in cost estimation, budget analysis, and financial modeling
- Experience with construction, engineering, or relevant project management methodologies
- Proficiency in utilizing estimation software and tools
- Effective leadership and team management skills, along with cross-functional collaboration abilities
- Excellent oral and written communication skills to interact with clients and stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Certification or training in cost estimation or a related field is a plus
- Licensed Civil Engineer
- At least 15 years of experience
- Can work on multiple projects simultaneously.
