The Estate Engineer plays a key role in maintaining and improving the overall condition of the estate. This includes ensuring that common areas in the Estate are safe, functional, and well-maintained. The role involves working closely with residents, contractors, and management to support the smooth operation of the Estate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular inspections of common areas to identify maintenance needs.
- Coordinate repair and improvement works with service providers and contractors.
- Assist in the review and approval of renovation or construction requests.
- Monitor ongoing projects to ensure they meet safety and quality standards.
- Respond to technical concerns raised by customers and provide timely solutions.
- Help prepare reports and documentation related to Estate Management.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering course
- Preferably a licensed Engineer
- At least 2-3 years of experience in property management or facilities maintenance
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Willing to work on-site in Sierra Valley, Cainta and interact with various stakeholders
