Role Description The Estate Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in Imus, Cavite, responsible for planning, designing, and overseeing the development and improvement of estate and facility infrastructure. Day-to-day tasks include creating architectural concepts and drawings, coordinating with internal teams and external partners, and ensuring designs meet regulatory, safety, and sustainability standards. The role involves guiding integration of building systems and technologies, supporting project documentation, and monitoring construction or renovation progress to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. The Estate Architect will collaborate closely with project managers and operations staff to align estate design with functional requirements, budget constraints, and long-term maintenance needs.

Qualifications

  • Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with experience in estate, commercial, or facilities projects.
  • Ability to work with Software Development and Integration teams to align architectural plans with building systems and technologies.
  • Proven Project Management skills, including planning, coordination, scheduling, and stakeholder communication.
  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field; professional license or registration is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relevant design and drafting tools (e.g., CAD/BIM software) and familiarity with local building codes and standards.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills, with attention to detail and quality control.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in an on-site, multidisciplinary environment.
  • Experience in facilities management, estate planning, or corporate real estate is an advantage.
