What your day-to-day will loo like:

• Lead transformation projects from diagnosis to implementation
• Map end-to-end processes and identify gaps in data, controls, systems, and ownership
• Translate business problems into process, data, and automation requirements
• Work with Operations, Procurement, AP, Tax, Accounting, and global teams
• Prioritize automations by effort reduction, risk, and impact on the close
• Build documentation and controls that reduce key-person dependency.

What you need to take on this challenge:

• Experience in process improvement, automation, or complex project management in Finance
• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Business, Economics, Systems, or related fields
• Strong root-cause analysis and the ability to turn ambiguity into structured action plans
• Ability to influence stakeholders without formal authority
• Analytical, pragmatic, execution-oriented mindset
• Advanced English.
