Key Responsibilities
Create targets for ESG and recommend and implement ESG initiatives within the organization.
Manage the ESG certification processes to ensure that buildings/sites secure the programmed certifications and recertifications.
Oversee and manage ESG data collection and submission process, ensuring that data is timely and accurate.
Continuously improve the ESG reporting internal control environment to ensure consistent, accurate, relevant and timely ESG information as well as auditable and efficient reporting processes.
Lead the preparation of ESG reports and responses to ESG information requests from stakeholders.
Identify potential challenges in ESG reporting and programs and proactively manage them and recommend solutions to ensure on time and quality deliverables.
Point of contact for internal inquiries regarding ESG performance data and information. Effectively, supports relevant functions with ESG performance information.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to maintain a well-controlled, standardized internal reporting processes for ESG.
Ensure Standards, Policies, Procedures and Guidelines and other documentation supporting ESG reporting activities are in place and that best practices are implemented.
Create internal alignment and awareness within the functions regarding ESG programs.
Provide foresight and advise on necessary actions regarding new ESG trends and requirements that may be adopted by the organization.
Conduct knowledge sharing to ensure ESG targets are achieved.
Qualifications
Undertake other ESG related functions as necessary.
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, or any related field (Required)
Must have more than 5 years work experience in Sustainability/ESG
Strong knowledge and ability to implement Sustainability programs for office buildings
Must have knowledge on WELL and LEED building certifications
