We are looking for new graduates and those with ESG experience who are willing to be trained to help our teams in doing the following:
- Supporting clients in setting and operationalizing their Sustainability/Environmental Social Governance (ESG) strategies, defining KPIs and frameworks for measuring and monitoring their impacts, as well as carrying out assurance on ESG/sustainability reports
- Conducting ESG readiness assessments and due diligence for businesses, portfolios, and projects
- Helping advise clients on climate change related topics such as net zero and carbon credit mechanisms
- Conducting feasibility studies on projects that have ESG impacts
- Evaluating options for including ESG mitigation and adaptation considerations in investment projects
- Conducting ESG policy analyses and developing roadmaps and action plans for public sector clientsSupporting other ESG-related activities of the firm
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in an ESG related field of study (e.g., Economics, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, Business, Environmental Sciences, Social Sciences) is preferred but not required
- Demonstrates a keen interest in ESG
- Experience in corporate governance, environmental and sustainability reporting in a legal or professional services environment is an advantage
- Solid research, analytical and writing skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
