ERP Testing Consultant

Experience: 5 to 10 years

Location: Makati (Hybrid - 2 days WFO a week)

Shift: 8 AM to 5 PM PHT

Job type: Direct hire with MNC (Permanent)

Key Responsibilities

· Support test planning and preparation activities for ERP testing cycles, including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

· Design, review, and execute test scripts aligned with business requirements and end-to-end process flows.

· Manage and support test execution activities, including test data readiness, scenario validation, and execution tracking.

· Log, track, analyze, and support resolution of defects and test issues, including root cause analysis and retesting.

· Provide environment support by coordinating readiness, access, data availability, and issue escalation as required.

· Validate integration points, interfaces, master data, transactional data, and cross-functional process dependencies.

· Maintain testing documentation, requirements traceability, test evidence, execution status, and governance records.

· Prepare testing metrics, progress updates, test status reports, defect summaries, and quality assurance insights for stakeholders.

Required Technical Skills

· ERP functional testing across SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles

· qTest test management tool experience

· Defect management, issue analysis, and root cause analysis

· Test script design, execution, and evidence documentation

· Test data management and end-to-end process validation

· ERP integration testing and cross-functional validation

· Awareness of test automation concepts and continuous testing practices

· Quality assurance, testing governance, metrics, reporting, and technical documentation

· Requirements traceability management

Required Functional / Domain Knowledge

· Strong understanding of ERP business processes and end-to-end process flows.

· Good knowledge of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing methodologies.

· Experience validating business requirements, interfaces, and cross-functional process integrations.

· Understanding of ERP master data, transactional data, and data integrity concepts.

· Knowledge of defect management, test governance, and quality assurance practices.

· Ability to execute and validate end-to-end business scenarios across multiple ERP modules.

· Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ERP release testing, and continuous testing practices.
