Job Description
- Maintain and support finance ERP platforms, resolving complex system and finance-related issues
- Manage, monitor, and troubleshoot system integrations, including ERP-to-ERP connections, ensuring timely resolution of outages
- Support month-end and year-end close processes to ensure accurate and efficient financial operations
- Administer system security and user access across finance applications
- Create, maintain, and support standard and custom financial reports, including handling ad-hoc reporting requests
- Provide user support and training to business and department leaders on reporting and system usage
- Oversee finance system changes, updates, and maintenance, and assist with system enhancements
- Participate in testing activities, develop test scripts, and support quality assurance for system updates and integrations
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities and problem-solving tasks
The Successful Applicant
- Minimum of three years of hands-on experience supporting and working with financial ERP applications
- At least one year of experience managing ERP-based financial processes within a geographically distributed healthcare organization
- Proven ability to handle multiple requests, issues, and problem resolutions simultaneously and independently
- Strong computer proficiency, including working knowledge of standard PC applications, Microsoft Office, databases (such as MS Access or similar), and email tools
- Experience with one or more financial or enterprise systems such as OnBase, ServiceNow, BlackLine, UKG, UiPath, Adaptive Planning, Oracle, or Power BI
- Previous experience in a senior accounting or general accounting management role within a healthcare environment
