Job Description
- Act as the finance‑side subject‑matter expert for enterprise financial ERP systems within a multinational healthcare environment.
- Interpret, configure, support, and optimize the financial ERP model to address complex accounting and finance requirements.
- Manage and troubleshoot ERP configurations and integrations.
- Support month‑end and year‑end close activities from a systems and data perspective.
- Oversee system security and access controls across Workday, Oracle, and BlackLine, ensuring compliance and audit readiness.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance custom financial reports within Workday, Oracle, and related reporting tools.
- Respond to ad‑hoc reporting and data requests from finance leaders and business stakeholders.
- Provide training and ongoing support to finance teams and market leaders on system usage and reporting.
- Own Finance IT change management, including system enhancements, updates, and maintenance activities.
- Lead or support testing efforts for system updates, patches, and upgrades, including development of test scripts and UAT coordination.
- Monitor ERP and finance system performance to ensure data accuracy, system stability, and integration reliability.
The Successful Applicant
A Successful ERP System Analyst (Finance) Should Have
- 3+ years of hands‑on experience supporting or configuring ERP financial applications
- Healthcare industry background, with prior experience as a Senior Accountant or General Accounting Manager
- Direct involvement in the month‑end and year‑end close from a systems perspective
- Proven experience supporting ERP integrations, ideally with Workday, Oracle, BlackLine, and/or Epic
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent issues and requests independently in a high‑pressure environment
- Strong understanding of finance controls, security, and system access management
- High level of computer literacy, including MS Office, and exposure to databases or reporting tools
