Your Role
The ERP Support Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line technical support and relationship management for users of our internal ERP systems. They will oversee troubleshooting, manage technical friction, and proactively identify usage patterns to ensure customers maximize value from the technology stack.
Main Activities And Responsibilities
- Provide general maintenance and production support for ERP applications and resolve customer concerns.
- Diagnose the root cause of reported bugs and systematically trace code or system configurations to construct resolution plans aligned with customer goals.
- Handle difficult conversations with level-headedness and de-escalate conflict during high-stakes customer interactions.
- Actively seek out patterns in data to identify risks before they lead to customer churn or escalated issues.
- Manage time efficiently, stay organized, and follow through on customer milestones and deadlines even when internal roadblocks emerge.
- Continuously learn and adapt decision-making models based on evolving enterprise software and business technology realities.

What You Need
- Bachelor's degree in Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, or other relevant degrees.
- Fresh Graduates are highly encouraged to apply, provided they meet the minimum threshold across all six behavioral competencies.
- Certification or training in standard quality management systems or customer success frameworks preferred.
