ERP Specialist

Role: ERP Specialist

Shift: Night Shift

Work Arrangement: Hybrid

Location: BGC, Taguig

Salary: Up to PHP 60,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain and manage the item master database, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with organizational data standards

• Oversee supplier master maintenance, alignment with Workday Supplier Master, and electronic invoice processing

• Administer ERP user accounts, including user creation, deactivation, password resets, and utilization monitoring

• Provide user training and maintain training documentation to support ERP self-service utilization

• Support contract and location setup within the ERP system and coordinate implementations with the Sourcing Team

• Assist procurement and pharmacy teams with purchasing support and ERP-related concerns

• Maintain and update standard operating procedures (SOPs) for ERP operations and system controls

• Manage helpdesk operations, issue tracking, reporting, and process improvement recommendations

• Support new site/location setup, account processing, and data maintenance as needed

• Utilize reports for operational monitoring, procurement utilization, and order tracking

• Provide system-related support to the procurement team and ensure data integrity

• Recommend ERP enhancements and process improvements to improve system functionality and user experience

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Technical, Business, Healthcare, or related field

• At least 2 years of experience in healthcare supply chain operations

• Experience in ERP system administration is required

• Background in Item and Supplier Master management is an advantage

• Experience in ERP operations and medical practice support is preferred
