Job Description

Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations across multiple entities.
Design, configure, and enhance Business Central modules to meet business requirements.
Partner with finance and operational stakeholders to develop scalable ERP solutions.
Standardize data flows, business processes, and reporting frameworks across the organization.
Manage integrations between Business Central and third-party applications.
Develop and maintain reports using Microsoft reporting tools and JET Reports.
Deliver user training, onboarding, and ongoing system support to business users.
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to manage system upgrades, environments, and vendor relationships.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERP Specialist should have:

5-8+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV and/or Business Central.
Proven track record in full-cycle ERP implementation projects.
Experience working with a Microsoft Business Central implementation partner.
Strong understanding of finance, accounting, supply chain, and operational processes.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or Accountancy.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Functional Consultant certification is highly preferred.
Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve system and data issues under pressure.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills within multinational environments.
