ERP Sales Representative

About the Job

Softype is a global cloud automation firm helping businesses ditch manual processes for streamlined ERP solutions. We're looking for a driven ERP Sales Representative who can hunt for new opportunities, diagnose operational pain points, and close deals that transform how companies run.

Whether your background is in Odoo, NetSuite, or other ERP platforms, what matters most is your ability to understand business workflows and position the right solution.

You'll own the full sales cycle, from first touch to signed contract, acting as the bridge between business problems and technical solutions.

What You'll Do

Generate & Close: Proactively identify prospects, build pipelines, and convert opportunities into long-term clients.

Consult, Not Just Sell: Understand workflows like O2C (Order-to-Cash), P2P (Procure-to-Pay), Inventory, and Finance, and position ERP as the solution.

Demo & Propose: Collaborate with functional and technical consultants to scope, demo, and present tailored ERP solutions.

Drive Revenue: Meet (and exceed) sales targets while building strategic, lasting client relationships.

What We're Looking For

ERP Exposure (Nice to Have): Experience selling ERP systems such as Odoo, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms is a plus, but training can be provided for the right candidate.

Sales Grit: Proven experience in business development, consultative selling, negotiation, and closing enterprise or mid-market deals.

Process-Oriented Thinker: You understand how businesses operate and can recommend optimization, not just software.

Strong Communication: Confident in English and Filipino. You can explain complex systems in a way that makes sense to founders, CFOs, and CEOs.

Location: Based in Cebu or Manila for a hybrid work setup.
