ABOUT THE ROLE

We are looking for anERP Pre-Sales Engineerwho will help our sales and consulting teams present ERP solutions to Filipino businesses. This role is ideal for someone with experience in ERP, IT consulting, or software pre-sales who enjoys meeting clients, understanding their business processes, and showing how technology can make operations better.

You will be part of a team that helps local companies modernize their systems for sales, accounting, HR, supply chain, and other key business functions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Work with the sales team to identify client needs and challenges
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand business processes and requirements
• Design ERP workflows and present tailored solutions that fit the client's operations
• Deliver product demonstrations that focus on value, efficiency, and ROI
• Prepare and review solution proposals for technical and functional fit
• Coordinate with the implementation team for a smooth project handover
• Support marketing and client education through events, webinars, and workshops

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2+ years of experience in ERP pre-sales, or consulting (experience withOdoo, NetSuite, or SAPis a plus)
• Good understanding of business workflows insales, accounting, CRM, HR, inventory, or manufacturing
• Strong presentation and communication skills, both in-person and online
• Ability to explain technical solutions in clear and simple terms
• Experience working withlocal Filipino clientsis highly preferred
• Strategic thinker with a consultative approach
