ERP Implementation Assistant

JOB SUMMARY: 

The Odoo ERP Implementation Assistant will provide project coordination, documentation, data preparation, user

support, and implementation assistance for the rollout of the Odoo ERP system for Biyaya Animal Care (BAC) and

Biyaya Animal Care Foundation, Inc. (BACFI). This position serves as a critical coordination link across multiple

departments, helping to ensure that business processes are properly documented, data is prepared and

validated, users are coordinated and trained, implementation issues are tracked, and project outputs are

completed within agreed timelines. This role is essential in supporting shared services such as Finance and

Accounting, Procurement, Inventory, HR, and Operations Support across both organizations.

EXPECTED OUTPUTS:

The Odoo ERP Implementation Assistant is expected to help produce the following outputs:

• Project implementation tracker;

• Meeting minutes and action item tracker;

• Current and proposed process documentation;

• Data gathering and cleansing templates;

• User acceptance testing logs;

• Issue and resolution tracker;

• Training attendance records and user support logs;

• Simple user guides or process reference materials;

• Weekly project status reports;

• Benefit realization monitoring tracker;

• Organized project documentation folder.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Analytical skills for understanding processes, interpreting data, and identifying areas for improvement.
• Planning and production planning skills to help organize tasks, timelines, and resource requirements for ERP-related activities.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, for documenting workflows and supporting user training.
• Interest in technology, information systems, or operations management; experience with ERP or similar software is an advantage.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable handling data and documentation.
• Commitment to animal welfare and alignment with Biyaya Animal Care's mission and values.
• Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in business, information systems, industrial engineering, or related fields.

WORK SCHEDULE:

• 5 days a week

• 8-hour shift

• Work Arrangement: 3-4 days onsite, 1 day work from home (subject to Project Lead's approval and

project requirements)
