Job Title: ERP Implementation and Product Training Specialist

Location: Parañaque, Metro Manila, Philippines

Position Type: Full-time, On-site

Role Overview

As a Product Training and Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the successful adoption of JST ERP solutions by our clients. You will be responsible for implementing ERP systems, conducting product demonstrations and user training, supporting clients throughout onboarding, and collaborating with internal teams to continuously improve the customer experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both technology and people—translating complex software into practical business solutions that clients can confidently use.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead ERP implementation projects from requirements gathering, system configuration, testing, deployment, and go-live support.
  • Conduct product demonstrations, client onboarding, and end-user training to ensure successful system adoption.
  • Provide post-implementation support by troubleshooting issues, gathering customer feedback, and promoting product adoption.
  • Develop and maintain training materials, user guides, SOPs, and knowledge base documentation.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Development teams to support implementations and communicate client feedback.
  • Assist with pre-sales product presentations and provide product expertise when needed.
  • Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes, training programs, and customer experience.
  • Leverage AI tools and stay updated on ERP, SaaS, and e-commerce trends to enhance productivity and product knowledge.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Customer-focused mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Ability to explain technical concepts in a simple and user-friendly manner.
  • Experience in ERP implementation, SaaS, customer success, technical support, product training, or business software consulting is preferred.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify, or similar platforms.
  • Experience creating training materials, SOPs, and user documentation.
  • Familiarity with AI productivity tools and no-code/low-code workflow platforms.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Parañaque City and travel occasionally to client locations when required.
