Title: ERP Testing Consultant / ERP Functional Test Analyst

Work mode: Onsite from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM on Monday and Tuesday; remote for the remaining three working days

Location: Makati

Role review –

The ERP Testing Consultant / ERP Functional Test Analyst will be part of the ERP Enabling - Testing Team and will support test planning, preparation, execution, defect resolution, environment coordination, and reporting across ERP testing cycles. The role requires strong ERP functional testing experience, understanding of end-to-end business processes, and the ability to validate integrated business scenarios across multiple ERP modules.

Required skills –

• 5 to 10 years of relevant ERP testing, QA, or enterprise transformation testing experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work with business users, functional teams, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
• Comfortable working in hybrid delivery models and coordinating across onsite and remote work arrangements.
• Clear communication skills for reporting risks, blockers, progress, and defect status.
• ERP functional testing across SIT, UAT, and regression testing cycles
• qTest test management tool experience
• Defect management, issue analysis, and root cause analysis
• Test script design, execution, and evidence documentation
• Test data management and end-to-end process validation
• ERP integration testing and cross-functional validation
• Awareness of test automation concepts and continuous testing practices
• Quality assurance, testing governance, metrics, reporting, and technical documentation
• Requirements traceability management
• Strong understanding of ERP business processes and end-to-end process flows.
• Good knowledge of System Integration Testing, User Acceptance Testing, and Regression Testing methodologies.
• Experience validating business requirements, interfaces, and cross-functional process integrations.
• Understanding of ERP master data, transactional data, and data integrity concepts.
• Knowledge of defect management, test governance, and quality assurance practices.
• Ability to execute and validate end-to-end business scenarios across multiple ERP modules.
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, ERP release testing, and continuous testing practices.
• Experience working in complex enterprise transformation or ERP implementation environments is preferred.
