The Lead Cloud Applications Consultant (internal job title) is an individual contributor who will perform the technical leadership role in projects and has expertise in integrating MS Dynamics ERP with the customer's EDI solution.
WHAT THE ROLE OFFERS
- Provide expert technical and functional guidance on NetSuite and MS Dynamics ERP with comprehensive knowledge on P2P and O2C modules.
- Conduct comprehensive requirements gathering, gap analysis, and configuration.
- Develop detailed functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for customizations.
- Lead the design and integration of NetSuite and MS Dynamics ERP with solutions to meet client requirements.
- Mentor and guide junior and senior consultants. Conduct internal trainings as part of continuous growth and development
- Manage multiple projects independently.
- Analyzing and debugging of complex functional, design and implementation issues related to the solution and preparation of RCA.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
- At least 8 years of overall work experience
- Functional Microsoft Dynamics Consultant with expertise in Business Central (BC) and/or Finance & Operations (F&O), focused on delivering end-to-end solutions and system integration
- Experience in delivering Microsoft Dynamics (MSD) training is an advantage
- Strong Customer focus, customer satisfaction oriented
- Quick learner and able to retain a broad range of information in a rapid and complex technical environment
- Ability to make sound and well-informed decisions and understand the impact and implications of decisions
- Demonstrate problem solving skills and logical thinking techniques and have excellent attention to detail. Ability to Identify and analyze problems; distinguishes between relevant and irrelevant information to make logical decisions; provide solutions to individual and organizational problems. Develops reasonable options for solutions when required for decision making
- Excellent Teamwork/Collaboration skills: Inspires and motivates others toward goal accomplishments; develops and sustains cooperative working relationships
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and be able to work independently Must possess effective time management skills
- Required to lead a team or project or have exceptional technical expertise.
- Must have excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skill
- Must be willing to be on-call beyond normal working hours and on weekends
- Must be willing to work on shifts (can be ASPAC, EMEA or US)
