Job Summary
As a functional consultant youmust have complete understanding of Acumatica ERP, software,business cycles, implementationmethodologyand the ability toconduct business process analysis and requirement gathering with customers, translating them into a functional specification and presentthe solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure Acumatica ERP based on client requirements.
- Understand business cycles (Order-to-Cash, Purchase-to-Pay, Record-to-Report).
- Conduct system testing, end-user training, and data migration from legacy systems.
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and develop test scenarios.
- Handle customer concerns and create reports using Acumatica ERP.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and compliance with company standards.
- Maintain certifications and stay updated via Acumatica University.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of BS Accountancy or Finance-related course.
- At least 1 year experience in finance, accounting, audit, or ERP implementation (fresh grads welcome).
- CPA, CISA, CRISC, CISM, CGEIT certifications are a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems (Acumatica, Netsuite, Oracle, SAP) is an advantage.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work independently.
