Job Title: ERP Finance Consultant (Accounting Module)

Role Overview:
iEminence Inc. is looking for a proactive and analytical ERP Finance Trainee Consultant to join our growing team. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates who want to build a career in ERP consulting with a focus on financial modules. You will be trained in Infor ERP systems and assist in supporting modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). The role involves working closely with both finance and technical teams to help improve business processes through ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in gathering and analyzing finance-related business requirements.
- Support the implementation and configuration of ERP financial modules, especially AP, AR, and GL.
- Participate in system testing, user training, and post-go-live support.
- Help resolve ERP-related financial issues and document resolutions.
- Prepare documentation of financial workflows, configurations, and recommended enhancements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize financial processes using ERP systems.
Qualifications:
- Graduate of any finance-related course such as Accounting, Financial Management, Accounting Technology, or similar.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Knowledge or internship experience in AP, AR, or GL is an advantage.
- Familiarity with ERP systems (Infor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, etc.) is a plus but not required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willing to be trained and work onsite in Ayala Avenue, Makati City.
- Open to travel within the Philippines and abroad, as needed.
