Job Description

This is a full time remote job (Manila-based) - with the expectation the candidate will work their full remote shift and seeks to contribute to a growing company.

SaaS Software Customer Support who takes pride in their work, solving problems, and tackling challenges in ERP SaaS B2B Software.

Includes: Salary, Benefits and Commission following regularization.

This role combines Customer Support with Customer Acquisition

Ambitious and creative person who will drive business success and customer growth for our Enterprise Risk Management (SaaS) B2B software product and services.

- Full Time / Remote

- 2 Hour acknowledgement response time

- Required availability: US PST

- 3+ years holding a similar position

Responsibilities:

- Develop expertise with our software to customize for businesses

- Support Customers

- Train Users (All Levels)

- B2B pre-sales presentations and needs discovery

- Respond to opportunities and inquiries

- Customer relationship management

- Continuous learning of our product (A1 Tracker)

- Analytical problem solving

- Coordinate with team and customers

- Resolve requests, manage tickets, and communication requests (Jira)

- Lead meetings to diagnose & resolve issues (Teams)

- Host support, demo, and training sessions (Teams)

- Enhance sales and customer success

- Manage sales pipelines

- Maintain process documentation

- Promote our Vision, Mission, Core Values, and Brand

Skills:

- B2B Software

- ERP Business and User Support Experience

- MS Excel (Data and Reporting)

- Fluent Professional English

- Customizable software

- Web application administration

- Business Analysis

- Training, Support, Pre-Sales Presentations

- Software User Support

- G-Suite, Jira, HubSpot CRM, Dropbox, MS Office

- Ability to call/receive calls w/US (i.e., over a skype #)
