ERP Data Quality Senior Analyst (SAP)

We are hiring a hands-on ERP Data Quality Analyst to help execute client data quality assessments and ongoing data quality programs using our AI-powered platform across SAP and Oracle environments.

This is a functional, configuration-driven role focused on data profiling, AI-assisted rule configuration, data cleansing execution, and data quality monitoring.

You will become a key part of the delivery engine of the company.

• Configure and connect our platform to client ERP systems (SAP / Oracle)
• Prepare and organize datasets for profiling and analysis
• Configure relationships and joins between ERP tables within the platform

• Perform master data profiling across Material, Customer, Vendor, and Finance domains
• Identify completeness gaps, duplicates, usage issues, and data risks
• Translate analysis into clear data quality metrics and insights

• Generate data quality rules using our AI capabilities
• Refine and tailor rules to real client business processes
• Build rule logic using joins, filters, and field relationships
• Test, debug, and optimize rule performance

• Run cleansing and enrichment workflows
• Support data updates back into ERP systems
• Track improvements and monitor ongoing data quality

• Prepare dashboards and summaries for client delivery
• Participate in occasional client sessions and workshops
• Document delivery processes and lessons learned

• 46+ years working with SAP Master Data
• Material, Customer, Vendor, Finance
• Core Business Process Exposure (Order to Cash, Record to Report, Procure to Pay, Make to Deliver, etc.)
• Experience supporting at least two end-to-end SAP ERP implementations in a data-focused functional role

• Strong understanding of ERP data structures and table relationships
• Experience performing data profiling and data quality analysis
• Comfortable building table joins, filters, and rule logic
• Experience using data quality or governance tools preferred
• Ability to refine AI-generated rules for real business scenarios

(This role is configuration-based. SQL or ETL coding is NOT required.)

• Highly detail-oriented and analytical
• Comfortable working in a remote offshore delivery model
• Clear communicator who can summarize technical findings
• Strong written and spoken business English
• Comfortable participating in client meetings and workshops
• Ability to clearly document and summarize data findings

Candidates with the following experience will be highly successful in this role:

• Experience supporting data migration programs or data readiness initiatives
• Experience working within a Data Governance program or role
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA transformations
• Hands-on experience with data quality / data management tools, such as: SAP Information Steward, SAP Data Services, Syniti, Informatica, or similar platforms
• Experience working in consulting or delivery environments
