Your Role:

We are seeking an ERP Consultant to join our growing business and help us deliver high quality service to our clients.

This individual would be tasked with implementing and supporting our ERP software primarily in the finance, distribution, and development areas of our practice. We work primarily with Acumatica and Sage ERP products as well as their related add on solutions. This type of job is really where accounting and technology meet. There is a lot of creativity and problem

solving that encompass this role and this individual would be working both independently and with various teams on these projects.

This position will have incredible support resources come in the form of training, tools, and support and from our partners to help guide and mentor. Part of the onboarding process involves shadowing seasoned consultants on implementations, client projects and other support tasks. Our ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of financial and/or operational systems coupled with accounting and business process skills and experience. Beyond the accounting and technical capabilities, what we desire is someone with good people skills, a passion for solving puzzles, and the energy and drive to tackle new challenges.

As an ERP Consultant, you will:

• Lead and/or assist with planning, designing, developing, implementing, training and support or ERP Systems.
• Lead and/or assist with multiple projects including project plans, schedules, and process documentation.
• Software Configuration & Maintenance including implementations and migrations.
• Support of Accounting, Distribution & Manufacturing modules including implementation, testing and training.
• Data analysis and Troubleshooting.
• Technical support with installation, maintenance, upgrades.

What You Need:

Non-negotiables

• Educational Background: A degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Accounting/MIS, Computer Science, or relevant experience.
• Core Experience: A minimum of 5 years of ERP experience.
• Business Acumen: A solid understanding of financial and/or operational systems, coupled with accounting and business process skills.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Project Management: Solid organizational and project management skills.
• Work Style: The ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.

Preferred skills/expertise

• Multi-Platform Experience: Experience with multiple ERP platforms (ex. Acumatica and Sage.)
• Database Management: SQL Server database implementation and administration experience.
• Advanced Reporting: Proficiency in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) and SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
• Business Intelligence (BI): Experience with BI software products such as Tableau, Sage Enterprise Intelligence, Sage Intelligence, Sage Data & Analytics, or related BI tools.
• Technical/Functional Hybrid: Demonstrated ability to handle the technical, functional, and consulting competencies of the role simultaneously.
