Role Description
The ERP Functional Consultant will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer requirements, designing, configuring, testing, and deploying ERP software solutions, managing client relationships, and providing technical support to clients. The ERP Functional Consultant will also work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, sales, and project management to achieve successful project completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accountancy, management accounting, accounting technology, financial management, accounting information systems, or a related field
- Preferred 1+ year of experience in accounting or finance roles
- Demonstrated enthusiasm for learning Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and Accounting System Software
- Excellent English communication skills both oral and written
- Strong problem-solving abilities and adept at providing client consultation services
- Eagerness to develop IT-accounting related skills and proficiency in accounting software
- Prior experience as an end user of any ERP software is advantageous (Microsoft Dynamics, Acumatica, SAP, Oracle systems, QuickBooks, or similar ERP systems)
- Possession of a CPA license and good academic records are highly advantageous
