ERP / Business Analyst (CPA)

Role Description

The ERP Analyst will serve as a key link between business operations and the IT/business systems team. The role entails understanding business processes, gathering requirements, configuring and maintaining the ERP system (such as SAP/ERP), and driving system improvements to support Megaworld's growth and operational efficiency. Primarily tasked to assist in developing, analyzing and maintaining workflow and procedures within divisions in using SAP ERP.

Qualifications

• Certified Public Accountant
• Strong Analytical Skills and proficiency in Business Analysis
• Ability to evaluate and refine Business Processes and Business Requirements
• Excellent Communication skills for collaboration across teams
• CPA designation is required, with relevant experience in ERP systems being a plus
• Ability to work effectively on-site and contribute to team success
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge or experience in project management methodologies is an advantage
