Qualifications:
A graduate of the following courses:
- BS Accountancy
- BS Internal Auditing
- BS Management Accounting
- Experience in using an ERP Software, accounting software or any software is an advantage
- Must have an access to a strong, reliable internet connection
- At least 2-3 years of experience
- CPAs and ex-audit firm are preferred
Responsibilities
- Checks whether invoice approvals are properly enforced.
- Tests whether users can approve their own purchases.
- Reviews ERP user access and segregation of duties.
- Samples transactions to verify the system's controls.
- Checks whether changes to vendor master data are authorized.
- Determines whether weaknesses could result in fraud or material misstatement.
