Job Description

ERP & EDI Support Analyst (Up to ₱90K | Remote | Night Shift | FREE AI Certification)

Remote – Philippines | Night Shift: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM | Monday–Friday

ROLE SNAPSHOT

You are the first technical point of contact for ERP and EDI issues at a U.S.-based multi-brand manufacturing and distribution company — supporting Acumatica ERP, EDI operations, and a suite of related business applications across a multi-entity enterprise. Every day, you triage incoming issues, perform scheduled health checks, execute routine administration, and coordinate escalations to senior platform owners and external vendors — with the right diagnostic context attached every time.

This is a Level 1 support and administration role with a clear growth path: a core part of your job is learning recurring solutions from senior engineers, documenting them, and progressively taking ownership of more issue types independently. You are not responsible for designing new solutions or building integrations — you keep established systems running cleanly, expand the range of what can be resolved at Level 1, and protect senior resources time for complex platform work. Best suited for analysts who are methodical, thorough in documentation, and comfortable operating within defined procedures in a fast-moving manufacturing environment.

YOU'RE LIKELY A STRONG FIT IF YOU HAVE

  • 2+ years of experience supporting ERP, EDI, or enterprise business applications at a structured support level
  • Working knowledge of core ERP business processes — sales orders, purchasing, inventory, manufacturing, shipping, and invoicing
  • Experience providing Level 1 or Level 2 application support with ticketing systems and escalation workflows
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to isolate issues using established procedures
  • Strong technical documentation habits — able to convert a resolved issue into a clear, repeatable runbook entry
  • Experience coordinating with external vendors — opening support cases, gathering diagnostic information, and following issues to resolution
  • Availability to work night shift: 11:00 PM–8:00 AM, Monday–Friday

STRONG SIGNALS

  • Acumatica ERP experience — user administration, Generic Inquiries, reporting, or workflow support
  • EDI platform experience — Radley iCARaS or any X12 EDI environment
  • Background in manufacturing or distribution operations
  • Familiarity with BarTender Cloud or label/print server environments
  • Power BI familiarity — particularly scheduled semantic model refreshes or report monitoring
  • Basic SQL or data query skills for diagnostic and investigation purposes

RESPONSIBILITY PILLARS

ERP support and administration

You are the first line of resolution for Acumatica issues — handling common user, workflow, transaction, reporting, and production-order problems using established procedures.

  • Triage and resolve Level 1 Acumatica issues; escalate complex cases to the ERP & Integrations Engineer with complete diagnostic context
  • Perform routine ERP administration — new user setup, access and security changes, role assignments, and approved configuration updates
  • Complete defined low-risk configuration activities such as adding fields or columns to Generic Inquiries within established boundaries

EDI and application operations

You keep EDI transaction flows running and serve as the operational liaison to application vendors when issues arise.

  • Provide first-line support for EDI processes — researching transaction exceptions and resolving or escalating routine issues with appropriate context
  • Open, track, and follow through on support cases with Radley and other application vendors through to resolution
  • Troubleshoot labeling and printing environments including label/print servers, BarTender Cloud connectivity, and Radley printing issues

Monitoring, controls, and testing

You run scheduled operational health checks and support access reviews and testing cycles that keep the enterprise environment reliable and audit-ready.

  • Perform scheduled health checks of ERP/EDI processes, integrations, and Power BI semantic model refreshes — investigate failures and execute documented recovery procedures
  • Support periodic user access and security reviews — prepare access listings, coordinate validation with business owners, and document completed reviews
  • Assist with testing and validation for ERP/EDI upgrades, configuration changes, new trading partners, and acquisition onboarding using defined test plans

Knowledge management and continuous improvement

You turn recurring issues into documented procedures — progressively expanding what can be resolved at Level 1 without senior escalation.

  • Maintain support documentation, runbooks, KB articles, configuration records, and escalation procedures for ERP, EDI, and related applications
  • Learn recurring solutions from senior engineers, document resolutions, and take independent ownership of repeatable issue types over time
  • Identify support patterns that can be standardized or automated and surface them for process improvement

ABOUT THE COMPANY

Known for structured multi-site operations and active acquisition growth, the offshore ERP and EDI support role works within defined escalation paths, documented procedures, and direct collaboration with the internal CIO, platform engineers, and EDI operations team.
