Job Description

Develop and implement the enterprise risk management (ERM) framework aligned with the retail industry's standards.
Identify, assess, and prioritize risks across various business functions within the organization.
Collaborate with department heads to create risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
Conduct regular risk assessments and audits to ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
Prepare detailed reports and presentations on risk findings and recommendations for senior management.
Monitor emerging risks and trends, providing proactive solutions to mitigate potential impacts.
Train and educate employees on risk management practices and compliance requirements.
Act as a primary point of contact for internal and external risk-related inquiries.

The Successful Applicant

A successful ERM Manager should have:

A strong educational background in risk management, business administration, or a related field.
Proven expertise in implementing and managing risk frameworks within the retail industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills for identifying and mitigating risks.
Knowledge of compliance regulations and standards within the retail sector.
The ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
