Role Description

This is a full-time, hybrid role for an ERIC Implementation Specialist based in Makati. The role involves implementing JSI's ERIC ERP system, providing customer training, and ensuring the successful deployment of solutions tailored to the client's business requirements. The specialist will collaborate with clients to assess needs, deliver technical support, troubleshoot implementation issues, and ensure optimal system functionality. Ensuring customer satisfaction and effective communication will also be critical aspects of the role.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Software Implementation and configuration of ERP systems
• Strong Analytical Skills for understanding client requirements and resolving implementation challenges
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills to convey technical concepts effectively
• Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction orientation, with the ability to build lasting relationships
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Finance/ Accountancy, Financial Management, Management Accounting, Accounting Technology or a related field
• Experience in ERP or business systems implementation is an advantage
• Familiarity with the local business landscape and processes is a plus
