Our Financial Markets and Wealth Management (FWMW) team is looking for experienced professionals to join us in Taguig with the role of Equity Analyst.

In this role you will lead equity research by conducting in-depth analysis of companies, economic trends, and market developments to produce investment insights and buy or sell recommendations. You will also supervise junior analysts and collaborate with internal teams to guide investment strategies and deliver comprehensive research reports to clients and stakeholders.

What the role will entail

• Conduct in-depth analysis of companies, industries, and market trends to generate actionable investment insights.
• Build and maintain financial models to forecast company performance and valuation.
• Prepare and present investment recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Monitor economic developments, market movements, and sector trends that may impact investment strategies.
• Produce clear and comprehensive equity research reports and maintain accurate records of analysis.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers and internal teams to support investment decision-making and strategy development.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is an advantage.
• At least 5 years of experience in equity research, investment analysis, or a related role.
• Strong proficiency in financial modeling, valuation, and financial statement analysis.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with strong attention to detail.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with familiarity in financial databases and tools such as Bloomberg or FactSet.
