Our Equities and Derivatives Trading Operations Billings team ensures timely settlement of trades, processing of statements from clients, and processing of payment requests.

What role will you play
You will be responsible for handling processes relating to trade activities including processing of incoming statements received from clients, raising issues with the trading desk, agreeing settlements with clients and custodian and broker management.
What You Offer
- Good customer service skills with experience liaising with internal, and external clients on technical queries
- A high degree of accuracy and meticulous attention to detail with excellent PC skills and good understanding of MS Word and Excel
- Strong problem-solving skills and the aptitude to learn system flows
- Strong organizational, communication and prioritization skills
- Flexible around work shifts working during public holidays as required
- Good understanding of the importance of controls and procedures within an operational environment.
