Inc. is a construction company with 22 years of experience specializing in water infrastructure projects, including pipelaying, wastewater facilities, and reservoir engineering. We are currently managing seven ongoing projects across Greater Metro Manila in partnership with Manila Water and Maynilad Water.
About the Job:
We are looking for a Equipment Manager to oversee the planning, procurement, storage, and distribution of construction materials & equipment across multiple projects. The role ensures timely availability of materials, cost efficiency, and compliance with project specifications and company standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement materials & equipment management strategies aligned with project schedules and budgets
- Oversee equipment planning, forecasting, and requisitioning for ongoing and upcoming projects
- Coordinate with Procurement for sourcing, supplier evaluation, and contract negotiations
- Monitor inventory levels, warehouse operations, and material issuance to avoid shortages or overstocking
- Ensure all materials delivered to site comply with technical specifications and QA/QC requirements
- Track and control material costs, wastage, and variances against budget
- Manage logistics and delivery schedules to ensure timely site availability
- Work closely with Project Managers and Engineers to align material requirements with construction timelines
- Maintain accurate records of material usage, deliveries, and stock movements
- Lead and supervise materials personnel across projects
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field
- At least 5–10 years of experience in materials management within the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, specifications, and supply chain processes
- Experience in inventory systems, ERP, or materials tracking tools
- Good understanding of procurement, contract management, and cost control
- Strong coordination and leadership skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
