Job Overview

We are looking for Equipment Engineers who will play a critical role in overseeing the design, maintenance, and optimization of our manufacturing equipment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in engineering, hands-on experience with equipment maintenance, and a passion for driving efficiency and reliability in a production environment.

About the Role

We are also accepting candidates outside Cebu who are open to relocation. This position entails full-time on-site work.

Responsibilities

• Ensure optimal efficiency of all machinery and equipment used in the production lines to support productivity and yield targets
• Perform analysis on product quality issues caused by machine condition and/or machine parameters and initiate appropriate countermeasures to resolve and eliminate recurrence of the problem
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs for all manufacturing equipment
• Continuously monitor equipment performance metrics and identify opportunities for optimization
• Determine opportunities to improve machine efficiency, machine takt time and/or machine design

Qualifications

• With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality engineering within a manufacturing environment is preferred
• Also accepts Fresh Graduates
• Solid understanding of equipment design principles, maintenance practices, and reliability engineering
• With Hands-on experience with troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
• Shown advanced proficiency in using decision-making principles
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and collaboration skills
