EOS Integrator / Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled EOS Integrator / COO to oversee the operational execution of our company's vision. This role requires a strong leader who can work closely with busy visionaries, translate strategic goals into actionable plans, and ensure accountability across all levels of the organization. The EOS Integrator / COO will be responsible for developing processes, systems, and workflows that drive efficiency, scalability, and alignment with the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Visionary to implement EOS principles and ensure organizational alignment.
• Develop, document, and optimize processes and systems to support business growth.
• Manage leadership teams and hold managers and employees accountable for performance and results.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring smooth execution of company initiatives.
• Utilize platforms such as ClickUp, EOS tools, and AI solutions (Claude, etc.) to streamline workflows.
• Drive operational excellence by monitoring KPIs, identifying bottlenecks, and implementing improvements.
• Foster a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an EOS Integrator, COO, or in a senior operational leadership role.
• Strong familiarity with EOS methodology and experience working with visionary leaders.
• Demonstrated ability to build, refine, and scale processes and systems.
• Excellent leadership skills with the ability to hold teams accountable and drive results.
• Proficiency in project management and productivity platforms (ClickUp, EOS software).
• Knowledge and practical application of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar).
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
