ROLE PURPOSE
The Tenant Relation Manager is responsible for delivering operational excellence, compliance, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement across assigned areas. The role ensures that services are delivered efficiently, risks are mitigated, stakeholders are supported, and operational records are fully maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Acts as key liaison with tenants, addressing concerns and ensuring good relationships.
- Ensures adherence to house rules and facilitates issue resolution.
- Supports move‑in/move‑out activities, coordinating documentation and approvals.
- Manages helpdesk operations including ticket logging, dispatch, tracking, and closure.
- Ensures accuracy of helpdesks data including asset registers, maintenance schedules, and certifications.
- Generate operational reports, dashboards, and performance summaries.
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Facilities Management, Property Management or related field.
- 3–5 years experience in tenant relations, property/facilities management, or building operations.
- Working knowledge of helpdesk systems, SLA management, and operational reporting.
- Strong communication, customer service, and stakeholder management skills.
- Organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in an operational environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and operational reporting tools.
- Amenable to work on site in Makati City
