About the Role

We are looking for Data Analytics / Procurement Analytics Interns to join the Global Procurement Analytics team. This internship is designed for students who are interested in data analysis, business intelligence, supply chain analytics, and reporting, and who want hands‑on experience in a global corporate environment.

As an intern, you will support analytics projects by working with data, reports, and dashboards that help the business make informed procurement decisions. You will collaborate with experienced analysts and gain exposure to real‑world data tools, processes, and stakeholders-no extensive prior experience required.


What You'll Do:

As a Data Analytics Intern, you will:
  • Support the Procurement Analytics team in preparing and maintaining monthly and ad‑hoc reports
  • Assist in extracting, cleaning, and organizing data using SQL or Excel (with guidance)
  • Help update dashboards and visual reports using tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Support KPI tracking by consolidating data from different systems and sources
  • Assist in data validation, data quality checks, and documentation
  • Help respond to routine reporting requests and basic analytics needs
  • Work with team members to understand business requirements and translate them into simple data insights
  • Participate in team meetings and learn how analytics supports supply chain and procurement decisions
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting ways to make reports clearer, faster, or more efficient

What You'll Need:

To be successful in this internship, you should:
  • Be currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program such as Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics, Data Science, or a related field
  • Be able to complete the required internship hours as mandated by your school
  • Have a basic understanding of data analysis concepts and strong interest in analytics
  • Possess working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables are a plus)
  • Basic familiarity with SQL, Power BI, or Tableau is an advantage, but not required
  • Be detail‑oriented with good problem‑solving and organizational skills
  • Demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills
  • Be eager to learn, open to feedback, and comfortable working in a collaborative team environment
