Primary Accountabilities

  • Ensures that CBRE and Client's HSE policies are pro-actively implemented and supported
    • Ensure that all regulatory reporting is submitted to Local Government Unit in timely manner
    • Identifies and evaluates hazardous conditions and practices and assist in developing necessary controls
    • Assist HSE Supervisor to overseeing, directing, organizing, administering, conducting, and measuring HSE Programs meeting or exceeding client requirements
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in developing, improving, and implementing HSE policies and procedures customized to the account
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in designing and preparing all HSE training program for employees at site according to applicable regulations, CBRE and Client requirements
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in developing HSE induction system for vendors/suppliers at site.
    • Conduct HSE Induction to visitors and contractors at site.
    • Conduct HSE Specialized training to visitors and contractors at site.
    • Conduct Health Activity, Event, Training and Awareness based on client's health programs
    • Conduct health check-up of all personnel and create monitoring.
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in investigating incidents in conjunction with line and facility staff personnel. Assist HSE Supervisor with line organization, the local office, and the Account Lead to manage worker's compensation cases.
    • Provides injury/illness and near miss reports for accuracy and completeness.
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in managing injury/illness information database and uses information to perform trend analysis
    • Recognizes significant trends through statistical review and develop strategies for addressing those trends. Provides timely reporting of statistical information to account management, local office HSE
    • Coordinates performance of safety inspection/audit and assists the Account Lead with correcting deficiencies. Develops guidelines for audits and reporting results in line with the systems program
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in monitoring all conservation and protection programs and prepare status report
    • Coordinates performance of safety audits and assists the Account Lead/Property Managers with correcting deficiencies. Develops guidelines for audits and reporting results in line with the systems program
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in assessing new developments and regulations applicable to environment, health and safety field and implement its changes applicable to the business
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in supervising management of all hazardous waste and maintain records of same and evaluate all environmental permits
    • Carries out any other instruction or any matters pertaining to environment, safety, and health
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in coordinating with Client for the security operations for specific events
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in coordinating with ERT and Client Crisis Management Team when responding to emergencies and alarms
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in tracking the statutory documents & ensure they remain up to date
    • Analyze health related incidents and conduct necessary investigation.
    • Assist HSE Supervisor in facilitating evacuation drills
    • Facilitates DOLE-mandated programs for HIV/AIDS, Tuberculosis, and Hepatitis prevention.
    • Facilitates Toolbox Meetings.
    • Facilitates HSE Committee Meeting
    • Processor and endorser of work permit of contractors and subcontractors
    • Assist Client on Health, Safety and Environment audit conducted by Local Government Unit.
    • Managed DOLE-required reports like the Annual Medical Report (AMR) and the Work Accident/Illness Report (WAIR).


Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree Holder
  • Must have both BOSH/COSH + OSH Advanced Trainings
  • Minimum 5 years of experienced in the field of OSH
  • Intermediate - Advance knowledge in Microsoft Application
  • Willing to be assigned in Subic, Zambales
