Job Summary

The Facilities Manager is responsible for maximizing the financial performance, asset value, and operational compliance of a single warehouse or portfolio of logistics properties.

Core Responsibilities

  • Budgeting & Reporting: Prepare annual property operational budgets, maintain variance records, and submit monthly financial health reports to ownership groups.
  • Structural Oversight: Schedule and review periodic structural site inspections to confirm that the tenant's operations conform to property lease terms.
  • Vendor Contract Procurement: Negotiate, award, and oversee service contracts for base-building services.
  • Legal & Regulatory Compliance: Ensure the property complies with all local industrial zoning ordinances, structural building codes, environmental restrictions, and insurance requirements.
  • Engineering Management: Oversee the operation, maintenance, and lifecycle management of all building engineering systems. Develop preventive maintenance programs, review engineering reports, manage technical service providers, lead facility improvement projects, and ensure asset reliability, operational efficiency, and compliance with applicable engineering standards and safety regulations.


Key Skills & Competencies

  • Project Management: Ability to supervise structural capital improvement projects .
  • Engineering & Asset Management: Strong understanding of building systems, preventive maintenance strategies, lifecycle asset planning, energy management, contractor supervision, and engineering compliance requirements.
  • Technical Leadership: Ability to lead a technical team, manage maintenance personnel and contractors, evaluate technical risks, and implement continuous improvement initiatives that enhance facility reliability and operational efficiency.

Job Qualifications

  • Must be a Bachelor's degree in engineering or any related field graduate.
  • With Minimum of 3 to 5 years of commercial property management experience, with explicit focus on industrial warehouses or logistics hubs.
  • Registered Electrical, Civil or Mechanical Engineer is highly preferred.
  • Willing to be assigned in Sta. Rosa Laguna.
  • Amenable to work from Mondays to Saturdays work schedule.
