Role Description:
The Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring the company's Environmental, Social, and Governance strategy across its property portfolio. This role ensures compliance with international ESG standards, drives performance improvements in building operations, and supports certification efforts such as LEED O+M, EDGE, WELL, NET ZERO and GRESB. The ESG Manager works closely with senior leadership, property teams, and tenants to position the company as a landlord of choice for sustainability-minded multinational occupiers.
