- Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Civil Engineering, or related field
- DENR-required environmental trainings (e.g., ECC compliance awareness)
- Training on Environmental Management Systems (ISO 14001)
- Basic HSE or EMS certification
Experience
- Minimum 57 years experience in environmental inspection or monitoring roles.
- Experience working on dams, hydropower, tunneling, or large civil works projects.
- Strong background in ESMP implementation and environmental compliance monitoring.
- Experience coordinating with contractors, regulators, and project management teams.
- Experience preparing environmental reports and documentation.
Skills/Knowledge
- Knowledge of ESMP, EMP, and environmental mitigation measures for hydropower projects
- Skills in environmental inspection, monitoring, and site audits
- Strong reporting and documentation skills
- Ability to interpret environmental regulations and permits
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Ability to identify and assess environmental risks
