Environment, Health and Safety Supervisor

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Plant-wide implementation of the Safety and Environment Management Manual.

2. DOLE-BWC Safety Standards, 5S Manual, energy-saving initiatives, and compliance with the Environmental Management System.

3. Identify workplace hazards, conducts thorough investigations, and ensures effective control measures are in place to prevent incidents and injuries.

4. Conduct and facilitate safety trainings and seminars, leads safety meetings and audits, and drives safety promotional activities to strengthen safety practices within assigned areas.

5. Support the achievement of the company's goal of Zero Accident through proactive and sustained safety management.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Must be graduate of any Engineering

• At least 5 years minimum experience as Safety head preferably in a manufacturing company

• Must have full understanding on the DOLE -BWC Safety standards

• Must have full understanding on Department order No. 252, series of 2025

• Must be OSH practitioner and have an experience in ISO 45001:2018
