The AI Automation Engineer will be a key player in our organization's digital transformation journey, combining technical expertise with process optimization, training, and client-facing responsibilities. This role requires a unique blend of skills across software development, process engineering, automation, and learning & development.
About the Job
Key Duties:
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments (Marketing, Sales, Recruitment, Finance, and Process Engineers) to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and implement AI-driven solutions.
- Design, develop, and deploy automation workflows using no-code and low-code platforms.
- Perform end-to-end process analysis and improvement, applying Lean Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.
- Develop scalable and sustainable software solutions (front-end and back-end) to support automation initiatives.
- Lead and conduct training programs to upskill stakeholders in AI tools, process engineering, and automation technologies.
- Act as a consultant and subject matter expert to clients, assisting them with process optimization, automation adoption, and AI-driven solutions.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients on implementing AI and automation technologies effectively.
- Demonstrate our homegrown software tools, assisting clients in integrating these tools into their workflows to achieve measurable improvements.
- Provide ongoing technical and strategic support to clients for continuous improvement.

Skills and Experience
Essential Skills:
- Candidates should possess experience or a strong interest in artificial intelligence (AI).
- Comprehensive AI training will be provided, along with certification from Vjal Institute, to ensure proficiency in the required skills. Additionally, you will benefit from extensive AI training from our visionary founder.
- Knowledge in PHP, VueJS, Laravel, Node.js, Typescript, Javascript, Tailwind CSS.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to drive results in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client-facing engagements.
- Strong work ethic with a focus on team success.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree relevant to IT/Software Development/AI Automation.
- Strong interest in Artificial Intelligence and process automation.
