Support the conceptualization, planning, and execution of entertainment programs for the Integrated Resort, live performances, and special events in alignment with brand standards.
Coordinate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners (artists, agencies, suppliers) to ensure seamless event implementation.
Manage event logistics including but not limited to talent requirements, technical setup, rehearsals, scheduling, and venue readiness.
Provide on-ground event supervision to uphold service excellence, resolve issues in real time, and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Gather, analyze, and report guest feedback and event performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
Assist in budget monitoring, cost control, and vendor coordination while maintaining premium quality standards.
Ensure compliance with operational protocols, safety regulations, and brand guidelines.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance entertainment offerings and create unique, memorable experiences.
Maintain organized documentation including event briefs, production schedules, contracts, and post-event reports.
