What you will do:
- SAP Implementation and Support: Contributes to the implementation, configuration, enhancement, and support of SAP S/4HANA RE-FX solutions, including lease management, contract management, rental objects, property management, and real estate accounting.
- Business Analysis & Functional / Solution Design: Partners with business stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, develop functional specifications, and design scalable SAP solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Technology Advisory: Serves as an advisor by recommending technology solutions, supporting system enhancements, developing documentation, delivering training, and driving user adoption.
- Quality and Project Delivery: Leads testing activities, project planning, and execution by managing timelines, scope, risks, stakeholder communications, and governance to ensure successful solution delivery.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in SAP S/4HANA RE-FX implementation and support.
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP RE-FX configuration, lease management, contract management, and real estate accounting.
- Proven integration experience with SAP FI/CO and Asset Accounting.
- Experience in requirements gathering, solution design, testing, data migration, and production support.
- Exposure to end-to-end SAP implementations, global rollouts, and system enhancement projects.
